UK software engineering and applied AI research built on engineering rigour and transparency.
ARYA AI TECHNOLOGY LTD is a UK technology company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17372232), headquartered at 130 Keats Way, Hitchin, England, SG4 0DS. We unite full-stack commercial software engineering with structured research and development in trustworthy artificial intelligence, precision agriculture telemetry, public-sector financial modelling, and predictive digital twins.
Unlike generic AI consultancies that wrap unverified prompts around opaque models, we build deterministic operational software first — and integrate AI only where outputs can be grounded in source citations, calibrated for uncertainty, and governed by accountable human operators.

Company Maturity & Attribution Statement: As an early-stage UK technology business, we maintain strict due-diligence clarity for grant assessors, public-sector procurement teams, and enterprise clients. We explicitly distinguish between first-party R&D programmes and commercial platforms developed under ARYA AI TECHNOLOGY LTD and earlier software builds engineered by our founder. We never claim fabricated certifications, unverified SLA percentages, or third-party government contracts.
Verify on Companies HouseWhy we bridge deterministic full-stack software with human-governed AI
ARYA AI TECHNOLOGY LTD was founded on a straightforward engineering observation: the most valuable AI systems in industry and public services are not standalone chat interfaces — they are deeply integrated components inside reliable, well-architected operational software.
Our engineering foundation spans multi-tenant workforce and payroll systems (ARYA Shift), high-throughput hospitality and retail point-of-sale platforms (ARYA EPOS), and automated telecommunications eSIM provisioning storefronts (ARYA SIM). Building these transactional systems instilled a permanent respect for relational data integrity, idempotent webhooks, role-based access control, and audit logging.
When organisations in UK local government, agriculture, infrastructure, and commercial operations evaluate modern AI, they frequently encounter two failure modes: unconstrained hallucination on arithmetic and statutory rules, and a lack of calibrated confidence metrics when sensor or document inputs shift out of distribution.
To address this systematically, we initiated the ARYA AIE (Adaptive Intelligence Engine) research programme. By separating structured problem decomposition (REASON), uncertainty quantification (LEARN), and deterministic runtime policy guardrails (TRUST), we ensure that high-consequence financial calculations remain 100% deterministic while unstructured triage and synthesis remain auditable and citation-backed.
Real-world UK challenges extend beyond digital documents into physical assets and rural environments. Through ARYA AgriAI and our AI-Enabled Digital Twins research track, we apply the same data-quality discipline to physical telemetry.
Whether validating multi-depth soil moisture probes before generating an explainable irrigation recommendation for an English grower, or ingesting read-only HVAC, structural, or maritime propulsion telemetry to flag early bearing wear, our systems are engineered to assist — never override — experienced human operators.

Six interconnected domains of engineering and R&D
Every product and research workstream at ARYA AI TECHNOLOGY LTD belongs to one of six clearly scoped technical pillars.
Trustworthy & Auditable Applied AI (ARYA AIE)
We engineer AI systems around three explicit architectural layers — structured multi-step reasoning (AIE REASON), calibrated uncertainty and selective continual learning (AIE LEARN), and deterministic runtime policy guardrails with human review gates (AIE TRUST).
Precision Agriculture & Environmental Telemetry (ARYA AgriAI)
We develop explainable decision-support architectures that combine multi-depth soil moisture telemetry, local weather forecasts, and crop water-balance models so UK farmers can optimise irrigation with full human-in-the-loop control.
Public-Sector Financial & Casework Engineering
We build deterministic 30-year Housing Revenue Account (HRA) financial models, social housing damp/mould and repeat-repair risk clustering tools, and citation-backed policy retrieval systems where council officers retain 100% statutory sign-off.
Read-Only Digital Twins & Predictive Maintenance
We design non-intrusive shadow telemetry pipelines that ingest BMS, PLC, structural strain, and maritime vessel sensor streams to surface early-warning degradation alerts without risking autonomous control overrides.
Enterprise Operations & Workforce SaaS (Shift & EPOS)
We deliver production-ready commercial software platforms — including ARYA Shift for workforce scheduling, attendance verification, and UK payroll export, and ARYA EPOS for retail and hospitality counter-to-kitchen operations.
Global Digital Commerce & Connectivity Platforms
We build high-reliability web, mobile, and API commerce architectures, exemplified by ARYA SIM (instant global travel eSIM provisioning across 200+ destinations) and multi-vendor marketplace platforms.
Practical, auditable software and AI for real-world operations
Many organisations in public infrastructure, agriculture, and SME operations struggle to adopt modern AI because commercial tools are either opaque black boxes or disconnected from day-to-day operational workflows. Our mission is to bridge full-stack software engineering with structured, human-in-the-loop AI research so users can understand, verify, and control the systems they rely on.
Evidence-based R&D that grows from concept to validated deployment
We aim to establish ARYA AI TECHNOLOGY LTD as a trusted UK R&D and engineering partner — advancing modular reasoning and runtime assurance architectures (ARYA AIE), field-tested agricultural decision support (ARYA AgriAI), and lightweight digital twins through transparent collaboration with universities, growers, and public bodies.
Ahmed Kislakci — Founder & Director
Ahmed Kislakci is the Founder and Director of ARYA AI TECHNOLOGY LTD, responsible for technical architecture, full-stack software delivery, and R&D programme direction. With a background in computer engineering and full-stack software development, he leads the design and implementation of the company's web, mobile, and commerce platforms (including ARYA Shift, ARYA EPOS, and ARYA SIM) as well as the architectural specifications for the ARYA AIE, ARYA AgriAI, and Digital Twin research initiatives.
Every client discovery engagement, grant work package, and software release is directly architected and reviewed at director level — ensuring zero hand-off dilution between technical specification and production code.
Team Structure & Resource Transparency
For grant assessors and technical partners, we maintain a clear distinction between current internal capacity and planned project expansion:
- Core Leadership & Engineering: Led in-house by Founder & Director Ahmed Kislakci.
- Specialist Contractors & Advisers: Engaged on a project-by-project basis for domain-specific requirements (e.g. agronomy facilitation, specialist security testing, UI/UX).
- Proposed Research Collaborators: Academic labs, UK councils, and commercial farms invited into specific grant consortia or pilot trials (never listed as formal partners until agreements are executed).
Approach to R&D
We treat R&D as structured hypothesis testing rather than marketing theatre. Every research initiative defines clear research questions, baseline comparisons, evaluation metrics, and honest limitations before claiming performance gains.
IP & Data Governance
Background IP in first-party architectures (such as ARYA AIE and ARYA Shift) is held by ARYA AI TECHNOLOGY LTD. In client engagements and farm trials, raw operational and agronomic data remains the property of the respective client or grower under written agreements.
Ethical & Responsible AI
We design AI systems around human oversight, explainable outputs, and explicit uncertainty flags. We do not deploy autonomous decision-making in high-consequence environments without human review gates.
